Delivery and Returns

Delivery UK

All orders received before midday Monday to Thursday will be despatched within 48 hours, orders received Friday to Sunday will be despatched the following Monday, or the next working day in case of Public holidays.

Items in stock should be delivered within 3 to 5 days. Items will be shipped by a suitable courier determined by size and weight of parcel. We do not deliver on weekends.

We make every effort to maintain stocks of all items in our warehouse, however due to unforeseen circumstances out of stocks may occur. If an item is out of stock we will provide you details of when the item will become available.

All orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available to receive your order when we try to deliver, your order will be returned to the couriers depot. The courier will leave details of the attempted delivery, requesting you to contact them directly to arrange a suitable delivery time.

Delivery Charges

All orders over the value of £150.00 excluding VAT will be delivered Free of Charge

The standard delivery charge for all other orders placed within the UK is £6.00.

Deliveries to the Republic of Ireland (Eire) will be subject to a standard cost of £6.00 plus a £15.00 postage surcharge.

We are committed to ensuring that our customers are given the best experience from start to finish when shopping with us. We understand that occasionally a product may not be right for you, and that you want to be able to return the product with ease. You can simply return your goods within 7 days, free of charge.

Please notify us of the goods to be returned by contacting our customer service team, tel 0330 053 8633 or email Please have your customer account details available, the product codes of the items you want to return, the number of parcels to be collected, along with contact details for further notifications.

We will arrange the returns for you and confirm the collection by email.

Once the items have been returned back to us, and inspected, we will issue you with a replacement item, credit your invoice account, or refund the card that was originally used to pay for the order.

All goods must be returned in their original and undamaged packaging.

Furniture items that are no longer required, but are reported with the 7-day period of being delivered will incur a 20% handling return and carriage charge.

Furniture items damaged in transit will be replaced free of charge, alternatively a full credit will be provided.

We also provide missing or replacement parts if notified within 12 months of receipt of goods. Cancellation of orders will be accepted providing the goods have not been dispatched from our warehouse. If goods have been dispatched then the returns policy will apply.
